These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The-Peptide.com (the “Site”) and any orders placed through the Site. By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1) Eligibility & Intended Use
• You must be 18 years of age or older and capable of entering into a binding contract.
• Our products are supplied for research purposes. We make no therapeutic or medical claims about the products.

2) Compliance & Customer Responsibilities
• You are responsible for ensuring the products may be lawfully purchased, received, and used in your jurisdiction.
• You agree to handle, store, and use products in line with applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines and to obtain any required approvals, permits, or certifications.
• By ordering, you represent that you understand the characteristics and risks of the products and will use them responsibly.

3) Account & Security
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

4) Orders, Pricing, Taxes & Duties
• Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline any order at our discretion (including quantity limits, geographic restrictions, or suspected misuse).
• Prices and availability may change without notice.
• Taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, and customs compliance are your responsibility and may be collected at checkout or by your local authority on import.

5) Payment
• We use third-party payment processors. By submitting payment details, you authorize us (and our processors) to charge the total order amount. We may cancel or suspend orders where payment cannot be verified.

6) Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery
• Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days; timelines are estimates and may vary due to availability, carriers, weather, customs, or other external factors.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier. You are responsible for accurate shipping information and compliance with import requirements.

7) Refunds & Replacements
• If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
• At our discretion, we will replace or refund eligible items. Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns for opened/used items or for reasons unrelated to damage/defect.
• We do not refund shipments refused, destroyed, or returned by customs or regulators where the product was lawful on our side and shipped as ordered.

8) Right to Verify & Refuse Service
• We may request additional information to verify lawful use or compliance and may decline or cancel an order if we reasonably believe products may be misused or if required by law.

9) Product Information & No Medical Advice
• Information on the Site is for information and research context only and is not medical or professional advice.
• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not rely on Site content as a substitute for professional advice.

10) Intellectual Property
• All Site content (text, graphics, logos, images, code) is owned by or licensed to The-Peptide.com and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.

11) Acceptable Use
• You agree not to: (i) interfere with the Site’s operation; (ii) scrape or harvest data; (iii) upload malware or unlawful content; (iv) use the Site to violate any law or third-party rights.

• The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

13) Disclaimer of Warranties
• The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any product is fit for a purpose beyond research purposes.

14) Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, The-Peptide.com and its directors, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or products.
• Our aggregate liability arising from or relating to any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

15) Indemnity
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The-Peptide.com (and its personnel) from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your use of the products; or (iii) your violation of law or third-party rights.

17) Export/Import & Sanctions
• You may not purchase or use products in violation of Canadian export controls or applicable sanctions. You are responsible for compliance with import restrictions and certifications in your jurisdiction.

18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• The courts of Alberta, Canada (judicial district of Calgary) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site.

19) Force Majeure
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply disruptions, carrier delays, customs actions, acts of God, or telecommunications failures.

20) Changes to the Site or Terms
• We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21) Supplier Status
• The-Peptide.com operates as a supplier and does not provide pharmacy or medical services.
